Congregational Services
TN Ministries serves the congregations of the Church of God in Tennessee in a number of significant ways. Primary responsibility for these ministries rest with the Pastoral Ministries Team and the State Office. Local congregations of the Church of God are also assisted by the Congregational Ministries Team in addressing educational and congregational health and growth issues.
TN Ministries is responsible for Congregational Registration for every Church of God congregation in Tennessee. This registration is essential for affiliation with the Church of God, with General Offices in Anderson, Indiana, and for IRS tax-exempt status.
Congregational Assistance in Leadership Transition, in coordination with Congregational Ministries of the Church of God, Anderson, IN, is offered when congregations find it necessary to secure new pastoral leadership. Please contact the State Office when your congregation enters a time of pastoral transition.
Conflict Intervention and Resolution, though regrettable in the Body of Christ, is sometimes necessary. TN Ministries seeks to provide Godly guidance and assistance in times when congregations find themselves involved in conflict and distress.
